We proactively go out into the market and ensure that no opportunities are missed and the sale is made.

We aim to achieve this by creating a profile for Aberdeen City and Shire as a meeting and conference destination. Aberdeen Convention Bureau is the only organisation in the north east of Scotland that solely deals with the promotion of Aberdeen as a Business Tourism Destination.

We offer a free comprehensive and impartial service for conference organisers and meeting planners. We know from our own experiences that it is the attention to detail that makes all the difference - taking care of the little things can turn a business event into a very special occasion.

In doing so, we liaise with our partners; we source industry and tourism contacts as well as coordinating site inspections for clients with a view to converting the business.
